CONSTRUCTION BID ANNOUNCEMENT
Iroquois County Morgue Addition

Watseka, IL 60970
Sealed bids will be accepted by the Iroquois County Board from qualified interior carpentry, combined concrete and sitework, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors for the construction of a 960 square foot (30’ x 32’) Iroquois County Morgue Building Addition in Watseka, Illinois, not including the pole building structure and enclosure previously bid under a separate contract. Bidders shall fill out the Bid Form for their respective trade and will be individually contracted to the Iroquois County Board.
Sealed bids will be received until Friday, March 29, 2024 by 4:00 p.m. in the Office of the County Clerk at 1001 East Grant Street, Watseka, IL 60970 prior to the public opening of the bids at the same location at the Iroquois County Management committee meeting on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m.
All work shall be performed utilizing the Prevailing Wage rates as established in this jurisdiction. Certified payroll will be required. Bid bond is not required.
The Iroquois County Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
